At Revive Fitness, our team is the heart of everything we do. We are a close-knit group of dedicated coaches who share a passion for helping people feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence in the gym. With over 30 years experience our coaches bring a blend of expertise in strength training, conditioning, rehabilitation, and functional fitness - all delivered with a personal touch. Our philosophy is simple: train smart, support each other, and make every session count. We believe in creating a welcoming, community-focused environment where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their goals.

The owner and head coach at Revive Fitness. With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, I've had the privilege of helping people of all ages and abilities - from complete beginners to competitive athletes - achieve their health and fitness goals.
I believe everyone has the potential to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life by strengthening their body and committing to regular exercise. At Revive Fitness, my mission is to support, educate, and inspire you every step of the way - all within a welcoming, community-driven environment where we train, grow, and succeed together.
We aim to deliver tailored, progressive workouts to each individual, in a space where you can feel confident, relaxed, and motivated every time you walk through the door.

Coach & Physiotherapist

I started my career in health and fitness 8 years ago and I split my time working as both a personal trainer and a physiotherapist. I have qualifications in sports massage and pilates. I believe that exercise is a celebration of what our bodies can do and that finding joy in movement is the key to feeling your best. Whether your aim is to start exercise for the first time, return to training post illness or injury, enhance functional strength to compliment a specific sport, or simply improve overall fitness, my approach is progressive and inclusive, designed to meet the unique needs of each individual I coach.

Nutritionist

I combine psychological coaching with practical nutrition coaching, I help you to change your relationship with food, fitness, and your body, so you never have to diet again.

As a multi-award winning Nutrition Coach,  BABCP Accredited CBT Practitioner and Menopause Coach. I specialise in emotional regulation, helping individuals de-stress their way to peak performance in all aspects of their life (this may include weight loss).  I show my clients how to successfully change habits and behaviours, develop mental resilience and combating self-sabotage. I provide in depth support which goes far beyond weight management because I have the qualifications and experience to provide a specialised service to ensure you smash your goals!
